Événements
À travers l’organisation et l’animation de conférences et débats entre milieux scientifiques, politiques, professionnels et grand public la Chaire contribue à décloisonner les savoirs autour de l’alimentation.
La Chaire est également régulièrement sollicitée pour collaborer à l’organisation d’un certain nombre d’événements (ateliers, table-rondes, conférences, etc.) et pour présenter des synthèses et réflexions sur l’alimentation.
Les colloques annuels de la Chaire ont pour objectif de présenter des points de vue de scientifiques, de représentants d’organismes publics et du secteur privé et d’acteurs de la société civile pour susciter des débats avec le public et décloisonner les savoirs sur l’alimentation.

La Journée des innovations pour une alimentation durable est organisée chaque année au début du printemps, à Montpellier. Dans un format original et dynamique basé sur des courtes vidéos, les participants de la formation Innovations et politiques pour une alimentation durable (IPAD) présentent et analysent des innovations, déjà développées ou encore à l’état de concept, susceptibles de jouer un rôle dans le renforcement de la durabilité des systèmes alimentaires.
